Job description:
Ensures the quality and efficiency of sales order management, to deliver on
time and better fulfill customer's requirement:
确保及时高效地完成销售订单管理工作,以实现准时交付和更好地满足客户需求。
1. Order processing in time and follow up in the whole supply chain. Make sure
to realize delivery KPI. 订单及时处理及跟踪。确保达成各项交付过程的关键指标。2. Delayed order
processing and follow up. Find the solution and coordinate to catch up customer
required delivery date or confirmed delivery date
对于延迟订单的处理及跟踪。找到方案并协调解决,以尽可能满足客户交货期或确认交货期。3. Schedule the production order for
better utilization of assembly capacity. To avoid capacity waste or overload.
调整生产工单,以更好的利用装配产能,避免产能浪费或超负荷。4. Inventory controlling. 库存控制。5. Support
customer satisfaction survey and improve satisfaction degree.
支持客户满意度调查并提高客户满意度。
Requirement / 要求
Has strong sense of ownership and "customer first" / 具有较强的主人翁意识和“客户第一”意识;
Familiar with MRP principle, rich SAP knowledge and experience / 熟悉MRP
原理,丰富的SAP知识及经验;Ability of data analysis and relative automation, digitalization
is preferred / 具备数据分析及相关自动化、数字化能力优先;Has strong communication skill with people
has different culture background / 具有较强的能与不同文化背景的人员的沟通协调能力;Has strong
coordinate skill / 具有较强的协调能力。
